Therapy for Anxiety, Identity, and Life Transitions

I offer a supportive space to explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, identity questions, and major life changes. My approach is collaborative, culturally informed, and focused on helping you build insight, resilience, and practical tools for everyday life.

Culturally-Informed Therapy for People Who Identify with Multiple Cultures

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, identity challenges, and major life transitions.

Therapy Approaches I Use

I use a combination of evidence-based approaches depending on what works best for you, including

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a practical therapy that explores the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviour.

Together we identify thinking patterns such as catastrophising or perfectionism and develop tools to respond to challenges more effectively.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT focuses on building psychological flexibility.

Through mindfulness and values-based exercises, we work on reducing the power of uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, and creating a life that feels meaningful and authentic.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR is a specialised trauma therapy designed to help the brain process distressing experiences.

It can be particularly helpful when difficult memories continue to affect how you feel in the present.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

This approach focuses on identifying what is already working in your life and building on your existing strengths to create meaningful change.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing helps strengthen your own motivation for change, particularly if you feel stuck or unsure about the next steps in your life.
