If your concerns and my experience match up, and I have immediate availability, I will give you a call to book in your first appointment. 

After you have booked your first appointment, you will receive an email with a link to fill in further details (such as Medicare details and consent form). This can all be completed on any device. Please ensure you complete these at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

If you have a Medicare card, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebates for up to 10 psychology sessions per year. Please have a chat to your GP about a Mental Health Care Plan. 

You can inquire and book in a time first and see your GP to discuss a referral prior to your first appointment at Journey & Thrive. Please note that a valid Mental Health Care Plan referral needs to be emailed to hello@journeyandthrive.com.au before your appointment to be eligible for rebates.
